Shipping & Delivery
Orders are typically shipped within 24 hours upon receipt for delivery in 1-2 business days
Orders can be delivered to the contiguous 48 States – please inquire about shipments to AK or HI
We ship via UPS or FedEx – No Parcel Post
We do not ship to PO Boxes
Shipments can be billed to customers UPS or FedEx accounts if requested.

Your privacy and security is of paramount importance to us.  As such, please be assured that any information you provide to us for the express purpose of establishing an account or placing an online order will be protected at all times.  We never share our customer information with any other organization or third party.  We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure.  Safeguards have been put in place to secure all the customer information we gather online.
Returns & Replacements
All products are Genuine OEM and carry the respective manufacturer’s warranty
All claims related to damaged merchandise or shipping shortages must be made within 5 business days of the order
Claims for goods damaged in transit are to be made with the carrier
All requests for returns require a prior return authorization number and must be made within 30 days
To receive credit or a refund all non-defective merchandise must be returned to us in re-saleable condition
Manufacturers packaging must be unopened and free of any markings, labels, etc.
Processed orders cannot be cancelled – customer is responsible for all freight charges and a 15% re-stock fee

Orders can be placed online, e-mail, phone, or fax
Our normal customer service hours are 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (EST) Monday – Friday
Orders over $ 150.00 ship Free – All others incur a $ 7.00 Shipping & Handling charge
There are no minimum order requirements
Notification will be promptly provided in the event an item is out-of-stock or on back order
All orders within NY State are subject to the applicable Sales Tax unless you submit a valid Tax Exempt Form

Open Account (Net 30) can be established by completing our Confidential Credit Application and receiving approval
No COD orders will be accepted

Viewing Orders
Orders can be viewed for up to 60 days.  Beyond 60 days, please go to Pay Pal and look up your order history.  AllToners.Com keeps records of all sales for up to 5 years.  Please contact our Customer Service Department for assistance.
